Brief Description:  Fwd fuselage floor

Turned the forward fuselage on its side and updrilled some remaining holes in the bottom that could not be reached from inside. Removed the bottom panel, smoothed the edges by draw filing and then finished with the ScotchBrite wheel. I found draw filing does a good job on initially smoothing the laser cut, and the wheel does a good job of dressing the sharp edges.

Deburred all the holes and applied primer to the mating surfaces. Thus far I've used five spray cans of primer on the project, so I haven't added much weight.

Trial fitted the inboard rear spar, W15. I had to do a bit of trimming on the aft side skins to remove areas of interference. Main area was some relief for the aft flange area. The radii in image 2 shows the clearance areas. Also needed to make sure there was clearance for the bottom flange to sit flat on the cross channel.
